With the following proposal, we offer the opportunity to activate the development of a series of SIDR plants aimed at enhancing and implementing the cultivation periods of a specific group of agronomic particles, primarily using renewable sources to save primary resources such as water and fertilizers, while reducing the use of pesticides and overall preserving the underlying or adjacent aquifers. The intrinsic value of the project lies in its environmental and economic eco-sustainability, allowing for a better commercial response to the needs of nearby markets by extending the windows for seasonal produce. The project includes the customization of plants to fit the sizes of the interested companies.

Objective: A method for managing turf for sports fields and other applications with widespread and uniform thermal conditioning, both hot and cold, with particular attention to the water cycle.Target: Natural grass playing fields, hockey rinks, general buildings and logistics areas, roads with special sections, airport runways, and intensive proximity agronomy.Utilization of the structures for 365 days a year. Thermally conditioned surface (hot/cold) in an absolutely uniform manner. Optimal drainage for grass fields in any weather situation, eliminating root asphyxiation caused by water stagnation. High energy efficiency at very competitive costs. Drastic reduction (80%) in water consumption, fertilizers, and pesticides, thus preserving groundwater.

Between: Vito Lavanga, with offices in Milan, Italy, referred to as the "Licensor" (on one side), and GSMF-WTeam (a company to be established as an Srls), represented by FS.ad.x, referred to as the "Licensee" (on the other side), acknowledging that this agreement will be ratified upon company formation, and further acknowledging that the Licensor possesses technical, commercial, and application know-how pertinent to patent IT, No. 0001427137, which is of interest to the Licensee, the parties agree and stipulate the following terms:
Article 1: The Licensor authorizes the Licensee to produce and sell the products made using the provided know-how and patent, whether communicated in writing, verbally, in person, or electronically.
Article 2: The license, non-exclusive for the Province of Milan, cannot be transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the Licensor. The actual annual compensation will be reflected in the financial statements (B.7, per art. 2425 of the Italian Civil Code, enabling Patent Box benefits with halved IRES/IRAP in Italy). Subject to further agreements, for balance sheet purposes (B I.3 per art. 2424 of the Italian Civil Code), the license is convertible into a transfer of rights with a doubled and guaranteed annual advance.

This invention relates to a method and to a device for the implementation of said method, to spread homogeneously a radiative spectrum in substrates (solid, liquid and gaseous), saturating volumes in a pervasive and distributed way, with one or two inlet points, fitted to ensure constancy of diffusion, said two inlet points being able to be supplied simultaneously or in following times. The method is characterized by the fact to use one or more side emitting optical fibers (1, 10) submerged in said solids, liquids, vapours or gaseus mediums, said one or more optical fibers (1, 10) being arranged in such a way that a signal constituted by said radiative spectrum, which is introduced into said one or more optical fibers (1, 10), is distributed in a substantially uniform manner in said solids, liquids, vapours or gaseus mediums.

Applications target both standalone structures and entities providing third-party services (electricity, heating, and cooling), maintaining high performance due to available thermal gradients.
