Gravemetric Separator Fluid Mixture

The Gravity Separation Mixture Fluid (GSMF) is an innovative technology designed to efficiently separate components within a fluid mixture based on their specific gravities. This eco-friendly solution is essential in industries where precise separation of gases, liquids, or vapors is critical.

The entire project is proposed with an "Industry 4.0" approach, as the proponent is an "Innovative Startup with a Social Mission," as can be seen from documents made available to you. We would like to point out that this provides the client with significant tax benefits (50% tax credit on the supply, as well as a 50% reduction on corporate taxes (IRES/IRAP) in the following fiscal year, when the delivered series is put into production). Therefore, the purchase transaction essentially results in "ZERO cost." These benefits are automatically applied when preparing the financial statements.

ESCP Srl commits to providing a StartKit of plants (developed at your facilities, with priority given to activities linked to the client's supply chain) structured as follows: 5 units of 5m³ (1.25x1x4m), 3 units of 24m³ (1.5x2x6m), 2 units of 50m³ (2.5x2x10m).

Business Plan

Objective: To establish an assembly and testing site (including procedures and manuals) for the production of GSMF containers (with assorted sizes and functions, used for the separation of contaminants from water bodies or the production of machines and systems for residential, industrial, and agro-livestock sectors).
Target Audience: Prefabricated and Container Companies, Hydro-Mechanical Engineering, Financial Investors, Freshwater Operators, Water Purification Operators.

The project aims to set up a production site, from design to assembly (for delivery and rapid installation), with the development of procedures geared towards the agreed-upon production with clients (based on available inputs) and the destinations of the output products.

Publication / Thesis

MHLM (Mixer Homogeneous Local in Media) is a mixer, comparable to a static type, where fluid mixtures are localized and mixed along predetermined profiles through the use of draining pipes and a pump. The pump not only performs much of the mixing but also sets the fluid in motion. This process creates desired mixed substrate surfaces, facilitating any intended biochemical reactions and/or thermal exchanges.

The MHLM mixer offers great versatility in use. It employs perforated draining pipes along the generatrix, which are easily sourced on the market, to create mixed substrate surfaces. These pipes can come in various shapes to produce different mixed surfaces.

GSMF (Gravity Separation Mixture Fluid) is a gravimetric separator for fluid mixtures, where they are divided into their N-phases based on different specific weights by exploiting gravitational acceleration.

CONTRACT FOR KNOW-HOW LICENSE on PATENT IT, No. 0001427137
Between: Vito Lavanga, with offices in Milan, Italy, referred to as the "Licensor" (on one side), and GSMF-WTeam (a company to be established as an Srls), represented by FS.ad.x, referred to as the "Licensee" (on the other side), acknowledging that this agreement will be ratified upon company formation, and further acknowledging that the Licensor possesses technical, commercial, and application know-how pertinent to patent IT, No. 0001427137, which is of interest to the Licensee, the parties agree and stipulate the following terms:

Article 1: The Licensor authorizes the Licensee to produce and sell the products made using the provided know-how and patent, whether communicated in writing, verbally, in person, or electronically.

Article 2: The license, non-exclusive for the Province of Milan, cannot be transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the Licensor. The actual annual compensation will be reflected in the financial statements (B.7, per art. 2425 of the Italian Civil Code, enabling Patent Box benefits with halved IRES/IRAP in Italy). Subject to further agreements, for balance sheet purposes (B I.3 per art. 2424 of the Italian Civil Code), the license is convertible into a transfer of rights with a doubled and guaranteed annual advance.

GSMF consists of a separation system for liquid or gas mixtures, both efficient and economical. The device is made up of an innovative assembly of basic components, widely used in industrial settings and accessible to common workers. The main products used are honeycomb structures (typically found in counterflow cooling towers) and perforated tubes (commonly used in drainage), strategically placed within a special container.

Project STG: STG - Geo-assisted Solar Thermal

Objective: Energy savings through the use of renewable energy sources (RES), improving efficiency in buildings by harnessing solar energy and the environment.
Target Audience: Operators in the residential sectors (private and tertiary), and industrial facilities.

The project aims, either independently or in conjunction with other renovation efforts, to integrate and replace the use of fossil fuels by utilizing RES. The intervention includes:
A. Capturing structures with appropriate layers (on walls and roofs, TCC),
B. Thermal storage structures (underground and/or in unused spaces, TP),
C. A technical room integrated into the existing infrastructure (or standalone and remote, on terraces or attics) where heat pumps and auxiliary services are installed.

COGEA Project: COGEA - Geo-assisted Cogeneration
Objective: Improve energy savings indices (IRE, PES) by up to 60%.
Target Audience: Residential units (private and tertiary), industrial facilities, operators in the electricity sector, heating and plumbing, industrial service design and sizing.

The project aims to support energy-saving interventions for cogeneration plants, with a strong reliance on renewable energy sources (RES), enhancing PES and obtaining CAR support. It involves the strategic application of storage techniques (both low and high temperature) to balance production and consumption of large energy volumes. Applications target both standalone structures and entities providing third-party services (electricity, heating, and cooling), maintaining high performance due to available thermal gradients. Integration with existing systems offers additional benefits through synergies with other utilities.
